Application deadline: The deadline for submitting grant applications is April 1, 2025.

 

Solicited applications only: The Leveler Foundation only accepts grant applications that have been solicited or approved for submission by a board member. If your organization is interested in submitting a grant application, please contact a board member before submitting an application.

Please note, that this address is where we will send the check when you are awarded funds.

Please submit a brief grant request that is, ideally, no more than three pages.
An organizational budget, a project budget (if necessary) and proof of 501(c)3 status.
